Frequently asked questions:

What should I wear?

With the majority of the course spent in the water, we highly recommend that participants wear clothing that can get wet. We recommend board shorts, a long sleeve rash top, a spray jacket and a wetsuit for cold days. We also recommend you bring a change of clothes and a towel for afterwards.

We recommend enclosed shoes/booties and a hat at all times on the water.
