Size: 15.2m x 17m. Kilburn Hall is the traditional grand function room and comes with an in-built jarrah stage, large dance floor and optional chandelier and ceiling drapes. Besides it already large capacity, timber bi-fold doors adjoining the next door bar lounge, provide you the ability to open the room up even more. Floor to ceiling sliding doors add to the already grand feel allowing guests to enjoy the stunning city river views at all times. However full use of the balcony is included in the function room hire along with the upstairs catering kitchen.
