We have commenced our search for a new staff member at Mounts Bay. Max has done a superb job in running our portfolio of Events and Bar Management however will soon be graduating from University and with the strong demand for Teachers in our state, he won’t be short of offers. We are getting ahead of this and starting our search well in advance so we are not left short staffed at critical times.
How can you help? We would love the membership network to supply us with any referrals for candidates who you believe would be an awesome fit for the job both from a capabilities and cultural perspective.
A brief job description is as follows:
- Manage inventory and resources, plan promotional events, ensure the quality and safety controls are followed.
- Maintain an Approved Bar Managers licence and update vendor contracts, create schedules and set business objectives to increase profits and maximise customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the delivery of a successful event every time.
- Raise the profile as a Perth venue
- Coordinate all promotional activities of Club. Website, Socials, Newsletter
- Liaise with service provider for all technology needs of club.
- Act as liaison for sponsors of Club. Ensuring the club commitments to sponsors are delivered.
- Work with our Canteen Manager to deliver high quality Friday nights on the Bay and Sunday canteen operation.
