CLOSING DAY
Adults Learn to Sail – final session ⚓️
Our fleet of five Pacers took to the water with Coach Harriet stepping in to keep the numbers even. The highlight was a high-stakes sprint to the University buoy—🏆. The group then headed to Matilda Bay for some shore landing practice with one boat taking on a refreshing capsize!! 💦 Unfortunately, the 45-minute wait for coffee meant skipping the caffeine and staying focused on the sailing instead.
Junior & Afternoon Fleet Sailing 🏊♂️
The Juniors started their morning with a light breeze that eventually fizzled out, giving them the perfect excuse to cool off with a swim! As the temperature climbed and the wind stayed away, the afternoon racing was called off and everyone enjoyed cold drinks under the patio. 🧊🍻
